General Delivery Policy
Minimum order is 1 box. We do NOT markup our delivery charges and do NOT make any profit from them.
Orders to mainland UK are despatched the same day for a next day delivery if recieved by us before 2:00pm unless we are out of stock - feel free to call us to confirm stock levels. Orders to areas outside mainland UK may attract a £7 surcharge.

Standard Delivery
For our standard delivery we use either FedEx or FastWay Couriers. Our delivery prices are based on weight. We charge £8.00 for any order upto 25kg and then 26p per kg upto 150kg. As a general guide 1 box of envelopes weighs roughly 5kg and 1 box of paper weighs roughly 12kg.
Bulk Orders
Generally orders over 80 boxes of envelopes or 40 boxes of paper are FREE but please call us to confirm this before placing a large order.
Collect+
On some items we are able to offer a service called Collect+. Collect+ is run by PayPoint stores so your items will be delivered to your local store and you can collect them at your leisure.
Collect+ orders have a maximium weight limit of 10kg.
Local Delivery and Collection
Once a week we supply a FREE local delivery service to the Newcastle upon Tyne area. We can also deliver some items to the local area next day or even same day.
