Received invite envelopes which were see-through which meant they were not fit for purpose. I phoned to request exchange but was informed have to pay 20% handling fee, plus delivery both ways (so 3 x £8 delivery). Bit of a difficult return policy which makes the express not so express. Delvery was speeedy though as a plus.

Ordered from France and delivery only took 2 working days. Envelopes good quality for the price.

There was a delay in receiving the envelopes from Express, but once I phoned and spoke to the lovely lady, she helped me out. In fact, the carrier had delivered them to the wrong address but the lady at express sorted it all out for me. Thank you Marie!
